Monster Cookies

1 1/4 C. Shortening
1 1/2 C. Brown Sugar
1 C. Sugar
3 eggs
1 1/4 C. Peanut Butter
2 C. Oats
2 1/2 C. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 C. Chocolate Chips
1 C. Butterscotch Chips

Bake at 350* for 9-10 minutes. Makes 8 dozen.

I LOVE Monster cookies! My grandmother would make them for holidays and then send us all home with a "to go" bag when we were leaving because it made so many. I think her recipe made something outrageous like 30 dozen cookies because I halved it one time and it made 15 dozen. They are probably the best cookie I have ever had because they have so much goodness in them...I mean how can you beat peanut butter, oats, m7m and chocolate chips?
