Honey Dijon Chicken

1/4 cup melted butter (1/2 cube)
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon curry powder

Cover 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts with sauce. Bake at 350* F for 1 1/2 hours. Cover with foil.

This would go well with rice and fresh veggies.
